By accessing our website or booking a service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment must be made as per the schedule provided in your itinerary.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to departure incur a 10% fee. Within 15-29 days, a 50% fee applies. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. Service fees are always non-refundable.
Dia Travel experts acts only as an agent for vendors. We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss due to vendor default. We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and health certificates required for their destination. Dia Travel experts is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or missing travel documentation.
For corporate bookings or large group tours, we provide customized service agreements.
